cars that are listed water damage /salt water damage, actually damages which part of the car, is it the engine, if yes can they still be fix, or the buyer will just have to change the complete engine.

Admin: Stated amount is the current offer. This is the amount that somebody has already offered for the vehicle. You have to offer higher amount and if nobody outbids you then you get the car. You may use your drivers license as your ID.
