Does that automatically means the engine is ok, and car can be driven

I need to know how to know whether or not a car that's been in a flood or has otherwise experienced water damage was submerssed in fresh or salt water. How would I know when some of the descriptions don't say?

Your website mentions delivery to overseas ports. What if a US based buyer wins a bid and wishes to pick up the vehicle? Are any there any restrictions?

Hi,
I would like to know what would be the cost of shipping if i buy 3-4 cars an d ship it in 1 container to United arab emirates at the dubai port? can you provide some options like if i get 4 cars vs 6 , and how will it effect the shipping cost. Obiviously my motive here is to see if i buy more cars and have them shipped together would that save me money in shipping. I'm currently researching different auctioneers and trying to establish a business here in the U.A.E. Please advise.
