If I correctly understand - at first I fill the contract form, from this site, then I transfer deposit, then take a part in sale, if i win I sign a contract with Your comp. and pay(transfer), (total sum - deposit) plus delivery sum to harbor, to Your company. Is it? and shipping costs I pay to local transit company, who deliver car from harbor Newark to RIGA.
