i see the pictures of my car in your warehouse and some parts are missing, the condition of the car is different, than it was on the auction's pictures, who takes the responsability for the condition of the car?
Admin: Since the cases of inconsistency between the vehicle state declared at sale and that on receiving by the driver have become more frequent, at the purchase of the damaged car you may order an additional fifty-dollars-car-inspection before receiving it at the auction. In case of inconsistency between the vehicle state before the purchase (on the auction photo) and its state on receiving by the driver, you may refuse the order on paying for the abortive delivery (and not loosing more). If the inspection hasn’t been ordered and on the car delivery to our warehouse there are vivid distinctions on the photo from the car state at sale (the photos are frequently taken six months before the auction, and then the car is moved with huge loaders between parking lots and so is frequently damaged) we take off any responsibility.
