I should be very great full if you can guide me to the way I can pay you this fee, as I have no means of electronic payments (visa card, MasterCard....etc), and I live in Libya.

Do your company take commission from me after I buy car through your company and today I went to my bank they said its need from 3 days to 4 days to transfer money to usa, is it possible this panerty for 50$ not start after 2 days
