Some of these cars are on other auction sites too, if we make the highest bid here and someone else makes the highest bid somewhere else but we don't know about that, what happens? I don't see the fairness in that.

Everything is very simple. Different auction brokers have access to the same isurance company's inventory. So it does not matter which auction broker you are using - your offer will be accepted and sent to the insurance company. The insurance company awards the vehicle to the broker who has offered the highest amount for a sepcific vehicle. Your broker will sell you the vehicle charging the comission (we charge 0).

Admin: You have to fill out this form in order to get the contract with our bank information and make security deposit. You should put the information on the car that you are planning to bid on. Once you have received your contract and made the deposit you can bid on different vehicles.

is it possible, that even if making the best bid, we might not get the car if the owner of the car doesnt want to sell ( insurance company for example). are there any regulations that regulate this kind of situations?
