we are obliged to pay the total sum in 2 days after you buy a car and you wait maximum 7 days. There I have a problem, I know that in 2 days there's no way you can get the money on your account for the bank transfer abroad takes much more time, many times longer than 7 days and after 7 days we loose a car. So there's no guaranty even if we do everything as agreed, we can loose a prepayment and a downpayment?
